Welcome

The TWU Local 100 / MTA NYC Transit Childcare Fund (CCF) was established in the 2002 contract to assist Local 100 members in obtaining quality, affordable arrangements for their Pre-school and school-age children. This was a first in transit, and placed Local 100 among the few unions that provide family-oriented services to their members.

Over the years, over 7,000 Local 100 families have benefited from the subsidies for daycare, afterschool and summer programs that the Fund makes available.

Upcoming Registration/Event(s)

Summer Camp Registration 2012

Registration will take place from January 9th, 2012 through March 30th, 2012 at the Childcare Fund Located at 80 West End Avenue. Click here to view Flyer.

Day(s) and Times:
Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The following Saturdays: 1/7, 2/4, 3/3, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Late Nights:
Tuesday 3/20 and 3/27 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Thursday 3/22 and 3/29 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Please note - We are closed on the following days: 1/16, 2/13, 2/20.

Please bring the following original documents for Childcare Voucher Registration:
  • Child's Birth Certificate (If not on file since January 2008 forward).
  • Child's Social Security Card (If not on file since January 2008 forward).
  • Child's UnitedHealthcare or Empire BlueCross BlueShield card with child's name (Or explanation of benefits, or statement of coverage from 2011).
  • 2 Most Recent Paystubs.

Fall Voucher Registration 2012

Registration will take place from May 29th, 2012 through June 29th, 2012 at the Childcare Fund Located at 80 West End Avenue. Click here to view Flyer.

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Please note - We are closed on Monday, May 28th - Memorial Day.

Please bring the following original documents for Childcare Voucher Registration:
  • Child's Birth Certificate (If not on file since January 2008 forward).
