The TWU Local 100 / MTA NYC Transit Childcare Fund (CCF) was established in the 2002 contract to assist Local 100 members in obtaining quality, affordable arrangements for their Pre-school and school-age children. This was a first in transit, and placed Local 100 among the few unions that provide family-oriented services to their members.

Over the years, over 7,000 Local 100 families have benefited from the subsidies for daycare, afterschool and summer programs that the Fund makes available.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Child's Birth Certificate (If not on file since January 2008 forward).
• Child's Social Security Card (If not on file since January 2008 forward).
• GHI or HIP Card with child's name (Or explanation of benefits, or statement of coverage from 2010).
• Most Recent 1040 Tax Form (2009).
• 2 Most Recent Paystubs.
